My name is Federica Orlando, I’m 25 years old and I’ve been tattooing for over six years. I don’t feel tied to a specific style. My work falls within the ornamental field, but it’s deeply influenced by Oriental art, a world that fascinates and constantly inspires me.
Tattooing is much more than a job to me; it’s a form of meditation. When I’m focused on the skin, I disconnect from everything and find a space of calm and freedom. It’s the time of day when I truly feel like myself.
My style is constantly evolving, growing and changing with me. I love working with bold contrasts, playing with positive and negative space, light and shadow.
Among my favorite subjects are chrysanthemums, which I find perfect for following and enhancing the natural curves of the body, along with other motifs and figures inspired by Oriental aesthetics.
I aim to create tattoos that are elegant, refined, and harmonious with the body of the person who wears them.
